Do's & Don'ts

Don't keep your olive oil near the stove. It wants to be cool.
Do keep the lid on when you're not using it.
Don't keep it in a clear glass container UNLESS it's in a cupboard away from light.

Oxygen, Light and Heat are the 3 things that promote spoilage in olive oil. The fresher
it is and the better it is stored the longer it will last.
