Degustation at the Magog Metro Plouffe April 9, 2016

Friday May
8th, 2015
Leonidas, 1777 Graham Blvd., TMR
10am-2pm Olive oil tasting
A perfectly beautiful day which we will repeat, weather permitting, the 2nd Friday of each month.
This is your chance to taste a few of Italy's very finest, BUT more than that, here you may select your favorite extra virgin olive oil, then sit to enjoy a shot of it with some perfect crusty french bread. Now that takes a 'pause cafe' to a whole new level.

Sunday May 10th A Perfect Mother's Day Tasting at Meyer's Saucisses in the new
Longueuil public market, 4200 ch. de la Savane.
Because of general interest, this will be repeated on the 2nd Sunday of the coming months. This is your chance to taste some exquisite extra virgin olive oils fresh from the early harvest.

March 2013 Stanstead College

This blind tasting of 4 oils helped 31 students, from 2 grade 8s and a grade 7, plus a few teachers learn the difference between real extra virgin olive oil and refined olive oil. With Granny Smith apples as a palate cleanser between oils the students tasted De Carlo's award winning 100% coratina, Kritsa's robust 100% koroneiki and a supermarket brand.
